Meet Kara.

Kara Driscoll is communications professional and freelance writer based in Cincinnati, Ohio. As the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center, she is responsible for elevating the museum's mission. HHC, located at historic Union Terminal, exists to ensure the lessons of the Holocaust inspire action today.

As a former print and multi-media journalist, Kara values the power of storytelling. She reported on military affairs and business topics for Cox Media Group for more than three years. She was the recipient of the 2018 Burns Fellowship, reporting on foreign policy at German newspaper Die Welt in Berlin. 

She is also the winner of an Ohio Associated Press First Place Award for Explanatory Reporting. Kara earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism at the University of Cincinnati in 2016. Her work has also been published in various national outlets including The Virginian-Pilot, Stars and Stripes, TimeOut.com and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
